Facilities Hire

For enquiries and information about booking the Hillview School Gym, please contact office@hillview.school.nz, we will reply as soon as possible and let you know of our availability.

(Please note the school office is closed Mid-December until the end of January and emails are not cleared over this time.)

WHEN: The Gym is available for hire weekday evenings (between 6:00pm – 9:30pm) and Saturdays. The gymnasium is not available for use during school hours or after school most days (term time) as it is used by the school.

WHO: Bookings need to be 1 hour+ and a minimum of 6 weeks. We hire to sports teams (1 – 2 teams practices, not tournaments). We do not take bookings, for one off occasions or private functions.

Our hourly rate for use of the main Gym (1 - 2 teams) is $80 per hour (minimum 1 hour) + $100 key bond. Rates will vary depending on the spaces you wish to hire and set up needs.

*Please note: Gym hire is subject to Terms and Conditions that will be supplied at the application stage of the process. Hire will accepted at the discretion of Gym Management.
